Children's Privacy

1. Parents Create and Control the Account

Children cannot sign up for Pitch Dreams on their own. A parent or guardian creates the account with their own email address and password, then adds a profile for each child. A child signs in only with a PIN that the parent sets, tied to the parent's account. Children never provide an email address, phone number, or any contact information, and there is no way for a child to be contacted by other users or third parties through the app.

2. What We Collect About Child Players

We collect the minimum needed to make training work. All of it is entered or managed by the parent:

• Nickname - A display name chosen by the parent. It does not need to be the child's real name, and we encourage using a fun nickname instead.
• Age - Used only to show age-appropriate drills and training content.
• Training sessions - Drills completed, session duration, and effort level, so progress can be tracked over time.
• Check-ins - Simple energy and mood check-ins, used to adapt training intensity.
• Streaks - Training streak counts and milestones, used to encourage consistent practice.

We do not collect from children: real names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, videos, voice recordings, precise location, school information, or social media accounts. There are no chat rooms, messaging features, or public profiles.

3. No Third-Party Analytics, Tracking, or Ads

• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs are included in the Pitch Dreams iOS app.
• No advertising - We do not show ads to anyone, and we do not share data with advertising networks.
• No selling of data - We never sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we never will.

The only usage information we record is anonymous, aggregate feature usage on our own servers (for example, how many training sessions were logged across the whole app). It contains no names, no user identifiers, and cannot be tied back to your child.

4. How We Use Your Child's Information

We use the information above solely to:

• Provide age-appropriate training plans and drills
• Track and display your child's progress, streaks, and milestones
• Adapt training intensity based on check-in responses

That's it. It is never used for marketing, profiling, or advertising, and it is never shared with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the app (see our full Privacy Policy for details).

5. Your Rights as a Parent

Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), you have the right to review, export, and delete your child's information, and to refuse further collection. In Pitch Dreams, these controls are built directly into the app:

• Review: View everything associated with your child's profile from your parent account
• Export: Download your family's data in a portable format from Parent Controls
• Delete: Permanently delete a child's profile, or your entire account, from Parent Controls - deletion is immediate and we do not retain deleted data

You never need to contact support to exercise these rights, but you are always welcome to email us instead and we'll handle it for you.
